 Dr. Shetty is the Founder of the Company. He has experience in commercial   plant  biotechnology, establishment of quality, hi-tech plantations, agronomy and management    of plantations, solutions to plant diseases. He has about 35 years of research experience as well 80 research articles published both in national and international refereed scientific journals.

Dr. Geetaa Singh

Managing Director

Dr. Geetaa, is the Founder Director of Labland.  Ever since its inception, she has contributed to Labland’s scientific innovations. Her field of specialization is knowledge management.  She has more than 35 research articles to her credit and has guided about 21 postgraduates in their research projects.  She has guided and trained 34 postgraduates under Biotech Industrial Training Program. She holds various patent-pending process protocols in plant tissue culture of several plants including Jatropha curcas.

Mr. Vijay B. Hegde

Director

Mr. Vijay Hegde, the Founder Director of Labland, is a successful businessman from Mumbai with about 40 years rich business experience in Hotel Industry, Real Estate, and large land acquisitions. His rich experience in land identification and acquisitions strengthen the Company’s activities and projects in establishing large-scale plantations.

Ms. Sapna Shetty

Director

Ms. Sapna is the Founder Director of Labland. She served as the Managing Director of the Company during its initial stages. Ms. Sapna is an Arts graduate with rich experience in Business Administration. She has worked on providing online Medicaid services to US-based clients. She holds the portfolio of Corporate Affairs and Marketing.

Ms. Shruti Shetty

Ms. Shruti is a graduate in Business Management.  She began her career with Ernst and Young, Bangalore. Subsequently she completed her CA article-ship with Rau & Nathan, Mysore. She handles Finance and Accounts.
